Once there was a busy family with 4 very active and imaginative kids. Each child wanted to be a different character from their sibling. They wanted to be able to have great movement for their play, be able to dress quickly and they wanted it all NOW.
Mum and Dad wanted to have clothes that were hard wearing, easy to wash (Mum did not want or have the time to do any hand washing), easy to put on (with 4 children all wanting to get dressed at the same time, independent dressing was a must) and clothes that would last through ALL of the children.
So Mum got out her sewing machine and started to create. If a child wanted a costume, she was only going to make it once and didn’t want to go back to make endless repairs. She wanted to have clothes that were good quality - clothes that would last from the first to the last child as this would save money, even if the initial cost was slightly more when first purchased and clothes that were personalised.
Soon friends started to ask the mother to make special items for their children as they too wanted to be different from the stock standard available in the large department stores, they wanted to have items that would endure kids play.
Word got out and soon friends of friends heard about Imagine and more children got to enjoy great imaginary play. Mum’s sewing machine was getting busy.
Imagine for kids was born - the fifth child in the family. Mum is very proud of the products that are produced and really enjoys challenges and requests coming from far and wide, and her children still are asking for new and different costumes.
And through this journey of discovering and creating, Mum has learnt that imagination truly has no boundaries.

SHIPPING
We ship worldwide using Australia Post. We aim to keep postage costs as low as possible and happy to combine. We will advise the postage costs at time of your order.
Express Post is available for purchases within Australia at a small additional cost.
Insurance is available upon request. Imagine For Kids will not be responsible for any item going astray.
Pick up is also available from Terrey Hills with an arranged suitable time.

REFUNDS
Imagine For Kids strives to ensure our customers are happy. All items are thoroughly checked upon dispatch and your satisfaction is our high priority. We will only refund or exchange if the item is genuinely faulty. We will not refund for wrong size, colour or style choices.
There will be no cancellation or refund after payment has been received. If you are not satisfied with your purchase please email us within 48 hours of item being received with your concerns. After this time we will not accept any returns. All returned garments/accessories must be returned unused and in the original packaging with all tags on within 5 days of receiving goods or within 3 days of pickup.
No postage costs will be refunded in any case.
We are unable to accept goods that are not in the original sale condition, the cost of return postage is the responsibility of the customer. It is highly recommended that any returns be sent via Registered Post, as we will not be responsible for items going astray in the mail. Returns and exchanges are not accepted on "sale" items unless they are faulty.

DAMAGED/FAULTY
We take great care to ensure that all items have been checked for defects prior to delivery. If however they are found to be damaged or faulty on delivery, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your goods and the faulty item will be replaced. Faulty Goods need to be returned with labels intact for a repair/replacement at the discretion of Imagine For Kids.
